The contents of every guide are published in full on its page, and part of it is free to read beforehand. We would rather lose a sale to an honest description than win one you regret.

What you buy is delivered at once, in full, and it is yours to keep — so all sales are final.

Mistakes we own

Final applies to the guide, not to a payment that went wrong. These we fix, no questions:

• the link never opened for you;
• you were billed twice for one order.

Reply to the receipt from our payment processor for Fieldnote Guides — it has the order on it. Or use the contact page. Reaching us first is simply faster than reaching your bank.
