Reply directly to the payment receipt you received. That receipt comes from our payment processor and arrives with your order attached, so it is the fastest route for a download that did not arrive, a link that will not open, or a duplicate charge. We answer these first.

A direct address is not live yet

We would rather tell you that than publish an address that bounces. Email on this domain is still being set up; when it works it will be published here, on this page, and not before.

What that means for now

If you spotted an error on a page — a stale price, a broken link, a claim that does not hold up — we want to know, and right now the only channel that genuinely reaches us is the payment receipt route above. If you have not bought anything, there is no way to reach us today. We are not going to pretend otherwise.

Privacy and data requests

BrushBible does not ask you for personal data: there is no account, no newsletter signup and no comment form on this site. Our privacy policy sets out what little is collected and why. Requests that require identifying you cannot be handled until the contact address above is live.

What we do not do

We do not accept paid placements, sponsored reviews or guest posts, and we do not offer personalised consultations.
